Delivery
Made to order. This piece is made for you once you order, so please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery. We'll email you when it is dispatched.
- Delivery to Ireland is €50 per item, added at checkout
- Sent from our warehouses in Germany and Spain to addresses across the EU, with no customs charges
- Tracked delivery, with no minimum order and no extra charge if your order arrives in more than one delivery
- Smaller pieces arrive by parcel; larger furniture is delivered by appointment and signed for
- Packed in protective, recyclable packaging
Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout, and that someone is in to receive the delivery.
Returns
Changed your mind
You can cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of the day after it was delivered. You pay the cost of returning the item. Please return items unused, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or isn't right, tell us as soon as you can, within 2 working days of delivery, and include:
- your order number
- photos of the item and of its packaging
Please keep the original packaging and leave the item at the delivery address. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll provide you with instructions.
Our furniture is handmade from natural materials. Variation in grain, tone and finish is normal and isn't a fault.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up spills straight away. Keep away from radiators and strong direct sunlight, and use coasters and mats to protect the surface.
