Shipping policy

Delivery

• Delivery is charged per item, based on the country we're delivering to. The charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
• In-stock pieces usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Deliveries outside Germany and Spain can occasionally take a little longer.
• Made-to-order pieces are made once you order. Please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery.
• Every product page shows whether a piece is in stock or made to order, so you know before you buy.

For example, two pieces delivered to an address in Ireland cost €100 in delivery. There is no minimum order.

How delivery works

• Orders are sent from our warehouses in Germany and Spain, so there are no customs charges on deliveries within the EU.
• Delivery is tracked. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
• If your order arrives in more than one delivery, there is no extra delivery charge.
• Smaller pieces arrive by parcel courier. Larger furniture is delivered by appointment: the driver will phone ahead, and a signature is needed on delivery.
• Everything is packed in protective, recyclable packaging.
• Please check your address and mobile number at checkout, and make sure someone is in to receive the delivery. If it can't be completed it will need to be rearranged, which delays your order.
