Made to order. This piece is made for you once you order, so please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery. We'll email you when it is dispatched.

- Sent from our warehouses in Germany and Spain to addresses across the EU, with no customs charges
- Tracked delivery, with no minimum order and no extra charge if your order arrives in more than one delivery
- Smaller pieces arrive by parcel; larger furniture is delivered by appointment and signed for
- Packed in protective, recyclable packaging

Returns
Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange your return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or not right? Please check your order when it arrives and tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 2 working days, with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. Keep the packaging and we'll arrange a free collection, then a repair, replacement or refund.
Natural variation in grain, tone and finish is part of handmade wooden furniture and isn't a fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up spills straight away. Keep away from radiators and strong direct sunlight, and use coasters and mats to protect the surface.
